Throttle Motor Controller Products

DESCRIPTION

This instrument controls speed/torque of the engine remotely. Two remote operating stations are provided. One station is on the instrument front face with two pairs of push buttons, Of which one pair is for Continuous Rotation in Forward or Reverse direction and second is for Inching in Forward or Reverse direction. Second station is a toggle switch with centre off position situated on the motor unit for Continuous Rotation in Forward or Reverse direction. This facility offers great convenience to the operator to set initial position of the safety link at engine idle speed. A safety link is used to hold the throttle lever securely at full throttle position.

  • Throttle Drive through Link Mechanism with built in safety unit is provided with the equipment.
  • Two modes of operation are provided viz. Manual (MAN) and Automatic (AUTO).
  • Computer interfacing signals are provided at the back side of the instrument in D shell connectors.

MODES OF OPERATION

Two remote operating stations are provided

  1. From panel front face through push button controls, following direction control is available.
    • Fast Forward
    • Fast Reverse
    • Inch Forward
    • Inch Reverse
  2. Toggle switch facility with a fast reverse and forward direction control on the motor unit is provided for operator convenience.
